How Kurb can help with duplicating a short run of CD's or DVD's

When you have media or information you need to get into many the hands of many without fuss, CD and DVD media is still the cheapest and easiest way to reproduce and present your audio, video or data. Discs will continue to remain relevant as a means for consumers to collect information from you physically to store on their PCs/Ipod's/DVD players phones etc. for use.

Different customers come to kurb with different requirements, we cater mainly to those who are using CD's and DVD's to distribute information about a musician, product or an idea to the greatest effect on a budget. It could be a short run of demos, promos or a band's first release.

Production + Packaging

In most cases the master cd must be sent by post or delivered to our po box

But if necessary you can send mp3's one a t a time as long as they are under 10mb. You can also drop it off in person in Grey Lynn. Artwork can be email directly to us

 

Nearly ALL New Zealand CD manufacturers charge graphic set up fees if your images aren't specified to exact professional requirements. We understand that not everyone is a graphic designer so we are happy to work with whatever images you send us through email to

- as long as the image is reasonably high resolution ie at least 500 kb preferably it should come out fine. Pdf's Hi res Jpg's, bmp's and tif's are all format we can use - preferably not anything like Nero cover designer or similar.

We can also design a cd/dvd label and cover for you in house for only $50, or bring on board a professional designer for $100 for a higher end product.

You'll notice the full jewel case CD's are more pricier as they do require more set up time but are still the cheapest in New Zealand. For even bigger saving units can be reproduced and delivered in bulk or PVC sleeves are a popular choice for basic, light weight packaging. With the addition of a full colour insert this is often all that is needed for something less than a retail product and really affordable and simple.

If you are looking for particular packaging options, please approach us - we can source a variety of different packaging options however they are not often as cheap as the standard options we provide.

Please provide your delivery address - turnover largely depends on how busy we are but we aim to have your cd's to you within 3 days of receiving the art, disc master, and payment. If you need an urgent turnaround we can arrange this for a special price.

All defective units will be replaced as long as the problem isn't sourced to the master provided.
