Hi everyone. This is Matt from Kurb Promotions. For 5 years I built my little business promoting events and offering postering services. 3 years ago, I discovered myspace.
This is the page where I can speak candidly about the work I do and why you need to be on Kurb's artist packages.
Basically, ever since I tested and developed special software for myspace that allowed me to send hundreds of finely targeted friend requests, comments and messages from within your within account every week, I learnt the power of digital promo and I've studied and researched the techniques used and how they're developing and have come to the conclusion that digital promotion is here to stay.
Myspace is not the future but it still very much the social networking community of the moment and still the principle focus of our work. First, we start building your fan base by sending out targeted add requests, then we start sending out automated messages and comments that build a rapport with your contact list, keeping them up to date with your activity through information you provide us. Leaving links to your website as comments on friends pages is also a bit of an insiders secret to dramatically improving your google searchability. I've seen several of my sites shoot up in the local google ratings through this simple trick. I was amazed. Again - this is only the beginning. New techniques and skills we've just begun to apply recently are only compounding this result.
